Vegane Vanillekipferl die herrlich mürbe sind. Das Rezept hat zwei Varianten: Einmal für ca. 130 Vanillekipferl mit gemahlenen Mandeln und Haselnüssen und einmal ohne. Diese sind aber viel zerbrechlicher.
